This notice covers the www.pic2vdo.com marketing website only. It does not cover the augmented-reality experience run by an agency for its own audience, which is governed separately by that agency.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form. When you use the form on the home page we receive the name, company, email address, category and message you enter, plus the country your request came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use this only to answer you.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting. It gives us aggregate page-view and performance figures, not a profile of you.
- Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is not automated.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to us at hello@pic2vdo.com through Resend, our email provider. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Aggregate website analytics are held by Cloudflare on a rolling basis (around six months) and are not linked to you.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and withdraw any consent you have given (which may mean we can no longer act on an open enquiry). We stop keeping your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (www.pdpc.gov.sg). To exercise any of these, email hello@pic2vdo.com.
